Removing
- Drain the hydraulic clutch fluid.
- Remove the battery and battery support.
- Remove the air-to-air intercooler pipe.
- Remove the air filter.
- Remove the transmission support bracket.
- Remove the fuel filter.
- Remove the cotter pin, washer and pin securing the clutch cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal (pic. 11.11).

- Turn away a connecting nut and disconnect a tube from the main cylinder of coupling.
- Disconnect the hose from the clutch master cylinder.
- Loosen the nuts and remove the clutch master cylinder.
- Turn away a connecting nut and disconnect a tube from the working cylinder of coupling.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate bushing, washer and pin prior to installation.
- When installing, use a new cotter pin to secure the pin.
- Fill with fluid and bleed the hydraulic clutch actuator.
- Adjust the position of the clutch pedal.
