Removing
- Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.
- Reduce the pressure in the fuel system.
- Turn out bolts, disconnect a tip of an accelerator cable from a throttle knot and remove an accelerator cable from the engine (pic. 7.11).

- Disconnect connectors from injectors.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
- Loosen the clamp and disconnect the fuel return hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
- Turn out bolts, remove a regulator of pressure of fuel and sealing rings.
- Turn out bolts and disconnect a branch pipe of a hose of giving of fuel under a high pressure from a fuel distributive highway.
- Turn out bolts and remove a fuel distributive highway together with atomizers established on it. Be careful not to drop the injectors when removing the fuel rail.
- Carefully remove the fuel injectors from the fuel distribution line.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
- Lubricate the o-rings on the fuel injectors, high pressure fuel hose fitting, and fuel pressure regulator with engine oil before installing. At installation exclude hit of engine oil in a fuel highway.
- Being careful not to damage the o-ring, turn back and forth to install the fuel injectors, high pressure fuel hose fitting and fuel pressure regulator, make sure the injectors, high pressure fuel hose fitting and fuel pressure regulator turn easily in their nests.
- If they turn in their nests with a jam, it is possible «bitten» sealing ring. Remove the fuel injector, high pressure fuel hose fitting and fuel pressure regulator and check the condition of the O-ring and replace it if damaged. Reinstall the fuel injector, high pressure fuel hose fitting, and fuel pressure regulator into the fuel line and check that they turn freely in their seats.
- Screw in bolts of fastening of a branch pipe of a hose of giving of fuel under a high pressure and a regulator of pressure of fuel and tighten them the demanded moment.
Torque:
- bolts of fastening of a branch pipe of a hose of supply of fuel under a high pressure: 5,0 Nm
- fuel pressure regulator bolts: 8.8 Nm
- Connect the fuel return hose to the fuel pressure regulator.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator.
- Connect the connectors to the fuel injectors.
- Connect the accelerator cable to the throttle assembly and adjust its position.
- Connect the wire to the negative battery terminal.
- Start the engine and check for fuel leaks from the fuel system.
