Throttle assembly cleaning

1. Start the engine and warm it up to a temperature of 80°C, then turn it off.

2. Disconnect the air intake hose from the throttle assembly.

3. Spray an aerosol cleaning solvent into the throttle assembly through the inlet and wait 5 minutes.

4. Start the engine several times and let it idle for 1 minute.

5. If the dirt on the throttle assembly is still not removed, repeat the steps in paragraphs (3) And (4).

6. Connect the air sampling hose.

7. Use the MUT-II to clear diagnostic trouble codes or disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal for 10 seconds, then reconnect it to the negative battery terminal. Start the engine and let it idle for about 10 minutes.
