- Check the radiator cap gasket for cracks or damage.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
- Push the hoses onto the nozzles so that their ends reach the protrusions on the nozzles.
- Secure the hoses with clamps, while matching the marks on the hoses and clamps.
- Fill the cooling system with the required amount of the required coolant.
- Start the engine and let it run until the thermostat valve opens, then stop the blower.
- Remove the radiator cap and add coolant up to the top edge of the radiator neck.
- Check for leaks from the cooling system.
