4G1 Engine Radiator Fan Relay Test

Check for continuity between relay contacts (pic. 5.9).



1. When voltage is applied from the battery terminals to pins 1 and 3 of the relay, there must be continuity between pins 4 and 5.

2. When the voltage is disconnected from pins 2 and 3 of the relay, there should be no conduction between pins 4 and 5.
