Removing
1. Drain the fluid from the power steering.
2. Loosen the tension and remove the pump drive belt.
3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the suction hose from the pump.
4. Turn out a hollow bolt and disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump.
5. Turn out a bolt and remove an arm.
6. Turn out bolts and remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
Examination
1. Check pump drive belt for cracks.
2. Check the pulley for uneven rotation.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Fill in liquid and pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
3. Check the tension of the pump drive belt.
4. Check the pressure generated by the pump.
