Removing
- Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.
- Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
- Remove the heater, fan and air conditioning control unit.
- Remove the center floor console and the air duct for the air supply to the rear passengers' feet.
- Remove the glove box.
- Remove the passenger side lower panel from the instrument panel.
- Remove the central air duct.
Note. Figure 18.16*1 bolts and nuts with a flange are marked, and*2- bolts and nuts with washers.

- Disconnect the coolant supply and return hoses from the heater radiator pipes. Drain any remaining coolant from the hoses and heater core, being careful not to get coolant on the electrical components.
- Remove the clamps, unscrew the nuts and remove the heater block.
- Turn out bolts, remove a plate, divide the case of the block of a heater and remove a heater radiator.
- Loosen the nuts, disconnect the connector and remove the fan assembly.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
