Attention! Drain the clutch fluid first.
Clutch Master Cylinder
Removing
To remove the clutch master cylinder, perform the following steps in sequence.
Pic. 10.7. The location of the hydraulic clutch actuator on vehicles with gasoline engines: 1 - working cylinder of the hydraulic clutch; 2 – connection of a tube of a hydrodrive of coupling with the working cylinder; 3 – a tube of a hydrodrive of coupling; 4 - bolt (48 Nm); 5 – a hose of a hydrodrive of coupling; 6 - bolt (30 Nm); 7 - bolt (10–12 Nm); 8 - hose clamp; 9 - gasket; 10 - pin with a hole for the cotter pin; 11 - bolt (13 Nm); 12 - the main cylinder of the hydraulic clutch; 13 - connection of the hydraulic drive tube with the main cylinder of the clutch hydraulic drive
1. Remove pin 10 with cotter pin hole (pic. 10.7).
2. Turn away the coupling and disconnect tubes of a hydrodrive from the main cylinder 12 of a hydrodrive of coupling.
3. Turn away nuts and remove the main cylinder of a hydrodrive of coupling.
4. Remove the gasket.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Pour brake fluid into the clutch hydraulic actuator and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.
Clutch slave cylinder
Removing
To remove the clutch slave cylinder, perform the following steps in sequence.
1. Turn away the coupling and disconnect a tube of a hydraulic drive of coupling from the working cylinder of coupling.
2. Turn away bolts and remove the working cylinder of a hydrodrive of coupling.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Pour brake fluid into the clutch hydraulic actuator and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.
Pipelines
Removing
1. Turn away couplings and disconnect tubes of a hydrodrive of coupling.
2. Remove hose retainer.
3. Remove the clutch hydraulic hose.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Pour brake fluid into the clutch hydraulic actuator and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.
