Analysis of test results on a fully braked vehicle

Engine speed during the Stall Test in positions «D» And «R» greater than the maximum value in the following cases:

• low pressure in the main line;
• first gear and reverse gear slip.

The engine speed during the Stall Test is greater than the nominal value only in position «D», if there is slipping of the downshift clutch.

The engine speed during the Stall Test is greater than the nominal value only in position «R», if there is slipping of the reverse clutch.

Engine speed during the Stall Test in positions «D» And «R» less than the minimum nominal value in the following cases:

• faulty torque converter;
• faulty engine (insufficient power).
