Removing
1. Remove the protective cover.

2. Turn away bolts, remove clip 4 (pic. 5.4) air conditioner suction hose and remove the hose.
3. Turn away bolts and remove a clip of a pressure head hose of the amplifier of a steering.
4. Remove the bolts, remove the ECU engine control unit and, without disconnecting the wires from it, move it to the side.
5. Loosen the bolt securing the automatic belt pulley tensioner.

6. Install a 16mm wrench on the tab of the automatic belt pulley tensioner, turn the automatic belt pulley tensioner clockwise and remove the belt (pic. 5.5).
Attention! The belt used to remove the pulley will be damaged. Do not use the original engine accessory drive belt (use a different belt).
Attention! Never install a damaged belt on an engine.
7. Holding the pulley from turning with the special tool MD998747, unscrew the bolts and remove the crankshaft pulley.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
Fix the crankshaft pulley from turning, as when removing; tighten the pulley mounting bolt to a torque of 20 Nm and then tighten it by an angle of 115°±15°.
