Checking the fluid level in the hydraulic drive tank of cars with gasoline engines
Pic. 2.13. Checking the hydraulic clutch fluid level
The fluid level in the reservoir must be checked regularly when working in the engine compartment. At the same time, the hydraulic system should be checked for leaks. The fluid level must always be between the marks «MAX» And «MIN» on the body of the tank (pic. 2.13).
Add fluid to reservoir if necessary.
A rapid flow of working fluid indicates a leak in the hydraulic clutch actuator. In this case, you should immediately contact an authorized Mitsubishi dealer to check and repair the system.
Use brake fluid that meets DOT 3 or DOT 4 specifications. Tighten the clutch reservoir cap securely to prevent contamination of the hydraulic clutch fluid and moisture ingress.

The hydraulic clutch fluid reservoir is also the hydraulic brake reservoir.
