Attention! Distance to the object reflected in the outer (in relation to the boundary line) part of the rearview mirror is different from the distance to the object reflected in the inside. The object you see in the outside (in relation to the boundary line) part of the mirror will appear more distant than it actually is (more distant than it would appear in an ordinary flat mirror, i.e. when comparing it to an object that is reflected in the inside of the mirror).
The inside of the mirror gives the same image that can be seen in an ordinary mirror. The outer part of the mirror provides a wider viewing angle.
External rear-view mirrors with manual control

Adjust the mirrors by operating the lever in the directions indicated by the arrows in fig. 1.40.
External rear-view mirrors with remote control
The outside rearview mirrors can be operated when the ignition key is in the «ON» («ON») or «ACC» («Optional equipment»). Move the lever A (pic. 1.41) in the direction where the mirror that needs to be adjusted is located: L – adjustment of the left external rear-view mirror, R – Adjustment of the right external rear-view mirror.

Note. After adjustment, return the lever to the middle position (•).
To adjust the mirror left, right, up or down, press the corresponding side of the switch button IN:
- 1 - up;
- 2 - down;
- 3 - right;
- 4 - to the left.
