3. Install the spring dynamometer on the steering wheel rim (see fig. 13.2).
4. Measure the force required to turn the steering wheel from a straight position to the left and right (by 1.5 turns). Also check that there are no significant deviations from the required steering force. The maximum effort on the steering wheel should be equal to (34±5,9) N.
