Repair of the front bumper of cars from 1995 of release
Disassembly
1. Remove the bumper from the car.

2. Remove outer lining 1 (pic. 17.43) radiator.
3. Remove rims 3 and internal grilles 2 of the radiator from the outer facing of the radiator.
4. Remove three screws each and remove the front fog lights 5.
5. From the underside of a bumper turn away screws and remove the amplifier 4 of a forward bumper.
6. Turn away screws and remove covers of 6 forward fog lamps.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
Repair of the front bumper of cars from 1999 of release
Disassembly
1. Remove the bumper from the car.

2. Remove the screws and remove the right 1 and left 2 radiator grilles (pic. 17.44).
3. Release the clips and remove the bumper pad 10.
4. Remove 3 screws each and remove the front fog lights 6.
5. Remove the screws from the lower and upper sides of the bumper and remove the front bumper reinforcement 4.
6. On vehicles with diesel engines, unscrew the four bolts and remove the dynamic damper 5.
7. Remove insert 3.
8. Turn away screws and remove covers of 9 forward fog lamps.
9. Remove the lower grille 7 of the radiator.
Assembly
Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
