It is made from forged and welded parts, including front and rear crumple zones and a rigid center section.
Safety measures during welding
Be sure to remove the battery when carrying out welding or other work involving strong sparks near the location of the battery.
It is forbidden to carry out welding, hard and soft soldering of the parts of the filled air conditioner. This also applies to those elements of the car, the welding of which can cause heating of the parts of the air conditioner. When carrying out repair and painting work in a drying oven or in its heating zone, the temperature should not exceed +80°C.
Body Care
Regularly check the condition of the body. Otherwise, corrosion of individual sections of the body can lead to severe damage to it and in the future to costly repairs. Attention must be paid to hidden parts of the vehicle, such as the underbody, wheel arches and underside of the engine compartment, as well as parts of the body under the upholstery. The main element of body care is washing. Before washing the car, soak the remnants of insects and remove them from the surface of the body. Wash the body with plenty of water, a soft sponge or a brush. Paintwork must not be washed with a strong jet. Spray the car with a hose and wash the dirt from top to bottom. Rinse your sponge frequently. Wipe the car with a clean cloth. Use only high quality degreasing detergents. Add detergent preservatives to the wash water to protect the body surface. Do not wash and dry the vehicle in the sun, as stains may remain on the surface of the body. The salt that is sprinkled on the roads has a harmful effect on the body of the car.
After washing the car, dampness reduces the effectiveness of the brakes. It is recommended to dry the brake discs by briefly pressing the brake pedal at the beginning of the movement.
Conservation
1. Cleanly washed and dried paintwork must be treated every 3 months with preservatives to protect the car's surface from atmospheric influences, creating a pore-free water-repellent wax layer.
2. Leaked fuel, oil or grease, and brake fluid must be removed immediately, otherwise the color of the paintwork will change.
3. Surface treatment must be repeated if the water does not collect in drops, but spreads over the surface. Regular treatment with preservatives helps to maintain the gloss of the lacquer coating.
4. There is another possibility of protecting varnish coatings - with the help of detergent preservatives. However, detergent preservatives provide reliable protection for paintwork only if they are used at every car wash and at least every 2-3 weeks.
5. After using detergents (foaming) additional surface treatment with preservatives is especially recommended.
Attention! Preservation should not be carried out in the open sun.
Polishing
1. Polishing of the paintwork is necessary only if it has faded due to insufficient care, exposure to dust, harmful gases, weather conditions, and preservatives cannot restore its shine.
2. Do not use coarse polishing pastes and chemically active agents, despite preliminary good results.
3. Before polishing, the car must be washed and thoroughly dried. Next, follow the instructions for using polishing agents.
4. It is necessary to polish in small areas to avoid premature drying of the polish. After surface treatment with some polishing agents, additional preservation is necessary. Do not polish in the open sun. Matte lacquer surfaces must not be treated with preservatives or polishes.
Bituminous stain removal
Bitumen stains quickly penetrate the paintwork, so they can no longer be completely removed. Fresh stains can be removed with a soft cloth moistened with a special liquid for removing bituminous stains. In an emergency, regular gasoline, kerosene or turpentine can be used.
Insect removal
Insects contain substances that can damage the lacquer layer if not quickly removed. Use a mild, lukewarm soapy or detergent solution, or an insect repellant.
Removal of mortars
Splashes of building materials are washed off with a slightly warm solution of neutral detergents. Do not rub hard, otherwise you will scratch the body paint. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Care of parts made of artificial materials
Plastic parts, artificial leather seats, headlights and parts painted in matt black can be washed with water and special detergents. Wetting is not recommended. Plastic parts can be treated with special cleaners if necessary. Never use nitro thinner or petrol.
Glass washing
Wipe the glass with a clean soft cloth inside and out. For heavy soiling, use alcohol or ammonia and warm water, special glass cleaners. When washing the windshield, lift the wipers up.
Attention! When using paint cleaners containing silicone, do not wipe the glass with them. When spraying silicone-containing aerosols, cover the windows with cardboard or other materials.
Caring for rubber seals
Seal or sliding surfaces periodically dust with talcum powder or spray with silicone spray. This will keep them elastic and prevent creaking when the doors are closed. You can eliminate unpleasant sounds by wiping the contact surfaces with liquid soap.
Wheel rims
Alloy wheel rims require maintenance, especially in the cold season. To do this, you can use a special tool for cleaning disks. Do not use strong acidic, strongly alkaline and coarse cleaning agents or water with temperatures above +60°C.
Seat belts
Seat belts should be washed with mild soapy water without removing them. Do not expose them to dry cleaning, which can cause the destruction of the fibers. Belts with automatic winding must be twisted in the dry state, if necessary, use a special aerosol for better glide. It is not recommended to dry belts at temperatures above +80°C and in the open sun.
Fabric covers
Clean upholstered seats with a vacuum cleaner or a stiff brush. Heavily soiled seats should be cleaned with soapy water or a special interior cleaner. Treat grease and oil stains with clean gasoline or stain remover. The cleaning agent must not be poured directly onto the fabric. The stain is removed by rubbing the cleaning agent along the contour from the edge of the stain to the center. Other dirt can be removed using a slightly warm soapy solution.
Attention! When using liquid detergents inside the car, try not to overwet the treated surface.
