Disassembly
To disassemble the sunroof, perform the following operations.
1. Remove sunroof.

2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the sunroof electronic control unit (see fig. 17.35).
3. Turn away screws and remove an arm of a lantern of illumination of salon.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector, unscrew the screws and remove the electric motor 2 (pic. 17.40) sunroof drive.
5. Remove upholstery 10.
6. Remove glass 9 of the hatch cover.
7. Turn away screws and remove a curved profile 8 of the panel of the hatch.
8. Loosen the screws and remove the wind deflector (cowl) 5 in the collection.
9. Turn away screws and remove a drainage channel 17 in gathering.
10. Loosen the screw and remove the retainer 20.
11. Turn away the screw and remove the back limiter 14.
12. Remove curtain 11.
13. Remove sliders 12.
14. Remove spring 13.
15. Remove the limiter 15 of the drive mechanism.
16. Remove the screws and remove the front guide 6.
17. Remove latch 7.
18. Remove the rear guide 18.
19. Remove the drive 19 of the rear guide.
20. Disconnect and remove a cable 4 drives.
21. Turn away screws and remove directing 16.
22. Remove the outer seal 21 of the tray.
23. Remove welded tray 22 assembly.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
1. Lubricate the drive cable, rear guide, rear guide drive, and sunroof panel camber with grease when installing.
