Removing
To remove the heater and heater core, perform the following operations.
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system.
3. Remove the instrument panel.
4. Remove the evaporator.
Attention! When removing and installing the floor console on vehicles with the SRS system, do not allow the console to hit the SRS control unit and other elements of the system.

5. Remove the central air duct 1 (see fig. 18.12).
6. Turn away bolts and remove the central amplifier 4.
7. Turn away bolts, disconnect electric sockets and remove the electronic control unit 5 an automatic transmission.
8. Loosen the screw and remove the lower distribution duct 9.
9. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the heater hoses 3.
10. Turn away nuts and remove a heater 8.
11. Turn away bolts and remove a plate 7 from a heater.
12. Turn away the screw and remove a radiator of 2 heater.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
1. Fill the coolant into the engine cooling system.
2. Install the instrument panel.
3. Install the evaporator.
