Front axle reducer

Removal and installation
1. Raise the front of the car.
2. Remove the bottom shield and drain the gearbox oil.
3. Remove a nave in gathering with a fist and external semiaxes.
4. Remove the inner axle shaft and front propeller shaft.
5. Support the gearbox housing with a jack truck.
6. Remove the brackets, marking the location of the bolts and nuts to be removed.
7. Replace self-clamping nuts during assembly.
8. Remove the crossbar, given the significant weight of this part.
9. Lower and remove the gearbox.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
11. Tighten the connections in accordance with the required torques, tighten the nuts and bolts of the cross member with a torque of 100–120 Nm.
12. Replace spring rings of semiaxes.
13. When assembling, align the marks made during disassembly, screw the bolts back into place.
