1. Unpin the fork axle; 2. Disconnect the master cylinder then the bracket (one of the nuts is located on the side of the engine compartment); 3. Pedal assembly; 4. Fork axle; 5. Earring A; 6. Removal and installation
Vehicles with a cable-operated clutch
1. Loosen cable sheath nut to create slack.
2. Disconnect the cable from the pedal.
3. Turn away a nut and remove the lever of a pedal, having designated its position.
4. Remove the pedal with the axle, making sure that the axle bushing is intact.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
6. Lubricate the required points.
Vehicles with hydraulic clutch
Cars 1989-90, 2.6L engine
1. Procedure for withdrawal (in accordance with the numbering of positions) clutch pedals on cars 1989-90. with a 2.6 liter engine, see fig. clutch pedal (hydraulic drive), for vehicles 1989-90 with a 2.6 liter engine.
2. When installing, tighten all connections to the correct torque.
3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).
Cars 1990-91, 3.0L engine
1. Procedure for withdrawal (in accordance with the numbering of positions) clutch pedals on cars 1990-91. with 3.0L engine see fig. Clutch pedal for a 1990-91 car, 3.0 liter engine.
2. When installing, tighten all connections to the correct torque.
3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).
Cars 1992-98
1. Procedure for withdrawal (in accordance with the numbering of positions) clutch pedals on cars 1992-98. look at fig. Clutch pedal for vehicles 1992-95
2. When installing, lubricate the indicated places and tighten all connections according to the required torques.
3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).
