Removal and installation
Vehicles with non-feedback carburetor
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground, remove the air filter.
2. Designate and disconnect a fuel hose and all vacuum hoses from the carburetor. Disconnect the throttle cable.
3. Turn away bolts and remove the carburettor. Drain the gasoline from the float chamber.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
5. Check up a condition of a plane of a flange of the carburettor and replace a lining.
6. Adjust the damper cable - when you press the pedal, the damper should take a vertical position.
7. Before starting the engine, check the correct connection of all wires and hoses, fastening of the carburetor devices.
Attention! It is forbidden to pour gasoline into the diffusers of the carburetor chambers to facilitate starting.
Vehicles with feedback carburetor (4-cylinder engines)
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground, remove the air filter by disconnecting the hoses and air duct.
2. Drain the liquid.
3. Disconnect the throttle cable.
4. Label and disconnect all vacuum and coolant hoses.
5. Label and disconnect the wiring connectors from the carburetor by holding the connector housing.
6. Disconnect fuel hoses.
7. Turn away bolts and remove the carburettor, merge from it gasoline.
8. Remove the gasket, if necessary, remove the thermocouple.
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
10. Check up a condition of demountable planes of fastening of the carburettor and replace a lining.
11. Tighten the bolts to 18 Nm.
12. Adjust the throttle cable.
13. Before starting the engine, check the correct connection of all wires and hoses, fastening of external carburetor devices.
14. After warming up the engine, adjust the idle speed.
