The scrapers must be replaced if the glass is not cleaned satisfactorily. For convenience, move the brushes to a vertical position by turning the cleaner on and off.
Replacement
1. Raise the brush holder.
2. Press the handle in the center of the holder and remove the brush from the lever.
3. Bend the brackets and remove the ends of the brushes from the holder.
4. Install a new scraper, making sure it is secure.
Trico Model
5. The Trico brushes have a button that pushes the brush out of the holder.
6. Some of these brushes are removed by pressing on the rear part of the scraper frame in its widened part.
Anco Model
7. For Anco model brushes, to remove the squeegee, unscrew the special brackets on each side of the brush holder, then pull the squeegee in the longitudinal direction.
8. When installing the brackets, click into place.
Polycarbonate Model
9. To remove the Polycarbonate brush, push the lever to push the brush out.
10. When installed, the brush is fixed automatically.
Tridon Model
11. To remove the Tridon brush, place it on a flat, hard surface and pull the end of the scraper counterclockwise to remove the tab on the scraper from the recess in the plastic backing.
12. Similarly, disconnect the scraper from the holder in the remaining attachment points.
13. The length of the brushes is molded on the end of the scraper and must match the length of the brush being replaced.
