Marks on the oil gauge dipstick (3.0 l engine)
1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. 3 minutes after the engine stops (or before starting a cold engine) check the oil level with the dipstick.
3. To do this, remove the control probe from the nozzle, wipe it, insert a clean probe back into the tube and remove it again.
Check the oil film level.
The oil level must be between the marks on the dipstick max and min.
4. If necessary, bring the level to the upper mark, topping up in small portions (about 0.3 l).
5. To add oil, unscrew the filler cap at the top of the engine.
Oil transfusion above the upper mark is not allowed.
