Removal and installation of springs (1989-98)

1. Remove the rear wheels, disconnect the handbrake cable.

2. Place 2 jacks under the bridge, unscrew the bolt securing the transverse rod.

3. Disconnect shock absorbers from the bridge.

4. Lower the axle and remove the springs.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.

6. Tighten the shock absorber bolt with a torque of 110-130 Nm. (1989-91) or 216–245 Nm. (1992-98), cross bar bolt - 110–130 N·m. (1989-91) or 216–245 Nm. (1992-98).
