1 - fixation position.
2 - position of movement.
To adjust the steering wheel height, lower the steering wheel height adjustment lever, and while holding the steering wheel with your hand, raise or lower the steering wheel to the desired height. After adjustment, securely lock the lever by pulling it up.
Attention! After setting the steering wheel to the desired height, make sure that the steering wheel height adjustment lever is locked.
Do not adjust the steering wheel height while the vehicle is moving.
When releasing the steering wheel height adjustment lever, move it to position 2 and be sure to hold the steering wheel with your hand to prevent it from falling to its lowest position.
Power steering
When the engine is not running, the power steering does not work, and more physical effort is required to control the steering wheel. Keep this in mind, especially when towing your vehicle. Never turn off the engine while the vehicle is moving.
Periodically check the fluid level in the power steering reservoir.
Attention! The steering wheel in a car with power steering must not be left in the extreme position (right or left) position for more than 10 s. This can damage the power steering pump due to poor lubrication.
