When moving the combination switch (when the ignition key is in the position «ON» («On») the corresponding direction indicators start flashing. At the same time, the direction indicator lamp on the instrument panel flashes.
Standard operating mode of the turn signal switch
When performing a normal turn, move the lever to position 1. When the turn is completed, the lever will automatically return to its original position. Sometimes, after turning the car, the lever does not return to its original position. This occurs when the steering wheel is turned slightly. In this case, move the lever to its original position by hand.
Switch operation mode when changing lanes
When changing lanes, move the lever to position 2. Then release the lever and it will return to the neutral position.
Note. If the control lamp flashes too quickly, it is possible that the turn signal lamp has burned out. Contact an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer for advice.
