Connect two pressure gauges respectively to the inlet and outlet of the pressure regulator as shown in the figure.
Remove air from the hydraulic system of the brakes and pressure gauges.
While gently depressing the brake pedal, take the following measurements and check that the results are within tolerance.
Outlet pressure starts to drop relative to inlet pressure (switching point).
Rated value: 2.7–3.19 MPa
Check and make sure that when increasing the pressure on the brake pedal, the outlet fluid pressure is within the specified limits, while the inlet pressure corresponds to the values \u200b\u200bgiven in the table.
Nominal value: 3.68–4.17 MPa.
The difference in outlet pressure between the right and left hydraulic circuits.
Maximum allowable value: 0.39 MPa.
If the pressure readings are not within specifications, replace the pressure regulator.
