Removal and installation
− Remove the lower part of the center console before starting to remove the parts (see chapter "Body").
− Parts are removed as shown in the figure.
Note: Be careful when removing the deceleration sensor, do not drop the sensor or damage it with other parts.
− Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
− After completing the installation of the parts, install the lower part of the center console (see chapter "Body").
Examination
1. Disconnect the harness connector from the deceleration sensor and connect the test lead harness.
2. Turn the ignition key to position "ON" (ON) and measure the voltage between the terminals "2" And "weight" sensor connector.
Rated value - 2.4 - 2.6S
3. Turn the sensor so that the arrow on its body points down and measure the voltage between the terminals "2" And "weight" sensor connector.
Rated value - 3.3 -3.7V
4. If the measured voltage does not correspond to the nominal value, then check the condition of the power circuits and "masses" sensor. If the circuits are OK, then replace the acceleration sensor.
