Lancer 9 (2000-2007, petrol) Lancer 3 and 5 (1984-1992)

A/C Compressor V-Belt (All Engines)

Loosen the fixing bolt of the tensioning roller -A-.

Loosen the V-belt by turning the adjusting screw -B-.

Remove the V-belt from the pulleys.

Apply V-belt.

Tighten the V-belt by turning the adjusting screw.

Set the V-belt tension to the following required values.

Tighten the fixing bolt.

Make a test drive and check the belt tension again.
