Maintenance

• Gasoline engines: release from 1.84 to 8.90
• Diesel engines: release from 1.84 to 8.88

Service is carried out after 12 months or after a run of every 10,000 km. Every 12 months (10000 km) works marked with are carried out every 24 months (20000 km) works are carried out, marked.

Engine

• Engine oil: Change (on diesel and engines with a working volume of 1.6l - every 5000 km).
• Engine oil: Change (gasoline engines) .
• Engine: Changing the oil filter (on diesel and engines with a working volume of 1.6 l).
• Engine: External inspection of oil leaks.
• Cooling system and heater: Checking the fluid level, checking the concentration of antifreeze. External inspection of leaks and contamination of the radiator.
• V-belt: Check the tension and condition of all belts.
• Silencer: Check for damage.
• Petrol engine: Check idle speed and CO content, on carburetor engines, if necessary and adjust.
• Ignition system: On a mechanical contact ignition system, check the closing angle, adjust if necessary.
• Ignition system: Check and, if necessary, adjust the ignition timing.
• Engine: Changing the oil filter (gasoline engines) .*
• Engine (not 16-valve): Valve clearance adjustment.
• Air filter: Check appearance, contamination, replace if necessary.*
• Petrol engine without catalytic converter: Replacing spark plugs.
• Diesel engine: Changing the fuel filter.

Gearbox, wheel drive

• Conventional gearbox: Check oil level, top up if necessary.
• Automatic transmission: Check oil level, top up if necessary.
• Differential gearbox (only vehicles with all-wheel drive): Check oil level, top up if necessary.
• Anthers hinges: Check the integrity and tightness.
• Clutch: Check function.
• Hydraulic clutch: Check fluid level.

Brakes, wheels, tires

• Brake system: Checking the integrity and tightness of pipelines, hoses, brake cylinders and joints. Check and, if necessary, add brake fluid.
• Disc brakes: Check the thickness of the brake pads, the condition of the brake discs.*
• Hand brake: Function test.
• Tires: Checking tire profile depth and tire pressure (including spare wheel).
• Wheel nuts: Tighten with the correct torque.
• Drum brakes: Check the thickness of the brake pads and brake drums.*
• Brake system: Brake fluid replacement.

Steering

• Power steering: Check function, top up with hydraulic fluid if necessary.
• Steering tips: Checking backlash and fastening, checking anthers.
• Steering: Check the steering play, check the integrity and tightness of the cuffs.
• Front and rear suspension: Checking the integrity of parts.

Body

• Paintwork, underbody protection and cavity preservation: Check and repair if necessary.
• Seat belts: Check integrity.

Electrical equipment

• Checking the functioning of all consumers.
• Lighting system: Check, if necessary, adjust the headlights.
• Beep: Check.
• Windshield wiper: Check for wear on the brushes.
• Windshield washer: Check function, check setting of nozzles, top up fluid.
• Battery: Check voltage and electrolyte level.

Carry out the following additional work:

After 4 years or after 40,000 km

• Cooling system and heater: Coolant change.
• Air filter: Replace.
• Petrol engine with catalytic converter: Replace spark plugs.
• Gasoline engine with exhaust catalyst from 9.89 to 8.90: Checking the lambda probe.
• Carburetor engines: Replace fuel filter.
• H Gearbox (only all-wheel drive vehicles): Change of oil.*
• H differential gear (only all-wheel drive vehicles): Change of oil.*
• Automatic transmission: Oil change.

After 5 years or after 50,000 km

Gasoline engines with exhaust catalyst up to August 1989: Replacement of the lambda probe.

After 8 years or 80,000 km

Transmission (front-wheel drive): Change of oil.

After 10 years or 100,000 km

• Engine: Timing belt replacement.
• Petrol engines with fuel injection: Change the fuel filter.
• Under severe operating conditions, service intervals are halved. Severe operating conditions are: trailer operation, frequent cold engine starts, short distance driving, bad roads and dusty roads.

• Diesel engines: release from 9.88 to 3.92

Engine

• Engine and engine oil: Changing the oil and oil filter (on diesel engines - every 7500 km).
• Engine: External inspection of oil leaks.
• Cooling system and heater: Fluid level check, concentration and antifreeze check. External inspection of leaks and contamination of the radiator.
• V-belt: Check the tension and condition of all belts.
• Petrol engine: Check idle speed and CO content, on carburetor engines, if necessary and adjust.
• Engine (not 16 valve): Valve clearance adjustment.
• Air filter: Check appearance, contamination, replace if necessary.
• Diesel engine: Changing the fuel filter.
• Air filter: Replacement.

• Differential gearbox (only all-wheel drive vehicles): Change of oil.*
• Automatic transmission: Oil change.

After 4 years or after 60,000 km

• Ignition system: Check ignition timing, adjust if necessary.
• Suspension: Check wheel bearing play.
• Cooling system and heater: Coolant change.

After 5 years or 75,000 km

• Transmission (front-wheel drive): Change of oil.

After 6 years or 90,000 km

• Engine: Timing belt replacement.
• Gasoline engines: Replacing platinum spark plugs.

*In severe operating conditions, service intervals are halved. Severe operating conditions are: trailer operation, frequent deck starts of the engine, the prevalence of short distance trips, driving on bad roads, high dustiness.
