Features of work on the removal and installation of manual transmission
Torque Pad Installation
1. Pre-tighten the fixing screws.
2. Tighten the outer and inner mounting screws so that the gap (A) was approximately 10 mm.
3. Check clearances (IN). These gaps should be the same and equal to approximately 6 mm.
The new pillow is a single unit consisting of outer and inner parts. During operation, separation of the internal and external parts may occur. If the geometric dimensions of the pillow are not violated, then this is normal.
