The updated transmission has the following features.
The design of the V5MB1 manual transmission case provides for an increase in structural rigidity and a decrease in noise during operation.
In order to reduce effort when shifting gears in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears, two-cone synchronization mechanisms are used.
The reverse gear synchronizer has been redesigned to reduce shifting effort.
The transmission provides 3 wheel drive options:
- rear wheel drive;
- four-wheel drive (4WD) with Easy seiec switching system;
- four-wheel drive (4WD) with Super select switching system.
The last two types of drive differ in the complexity of the design and the number of operating modes.
