Note. Be sure to lower the sunroof before closing the blind.
When the sunroof is open, the sunblind cannot be closed. Do not attempt to close the blind with the sunroof open.
The sunroof stops short of reaching the fully open position.
With the sunroof in this position, air vibration during driving is lower than when the sunroof is fully open.
When leaving the vehicle, be sure to close the sunroof and remove the key from the ignition.
Do not attempt to open the sunroof if it is frozen in the closed position (after a snowfall or in severe frost).
Do not place heavy objects on or near the sunroof.
Release the switch as soon as the sunroof is fully opened or closed.
If the sunroof does not move when the switch is pressed, release the sunroof and check to see if anything is preventing it from moving. If there are no obstacles, it is recommended to check the sunroof drive.
When installed on the roof of some models of racks or ski racks, the sunroof may contact them in an inclined position. If a roof rack or ski rack is installed, be careful when tilting the sunroof.
Make sure the sunroof is tightly closed before leaving the vehicle or driving into a car wash.
Avoid contact with the hatch seal (black rubber band) waxy substances. If wax gets on the seal, its tightness is lost.
After washing the car or after rain, wipe off the water from the sunroof before opening it.
Prolonged use of the sunroof with the engine off will drain the battery. Operate the sunroof only when the engine is running.
