2. Insert a 0.45mm feeler gauge between the SAS bolt and throttle lever (pic. 8.4).

3. Set the ignition key to position «ON» (without starting the engine).
4. Loosen the throttle position sensor mounting bolt and then completely unscrew the sensor counterclockwise (pic. 8.5).

5. Make sure idle is on.
6. Turn the throttle sensor clockwise to the point where the idle speed sensor turns off. In this position, tighten the fixing bolt.
7. Check throttle sensor output voltage.
Normal voltage: 400-1000mV.
8. If there is deviation, check the sensor and connecting wire.
9. Remove the dipstick.
10. Turn off the ignition.
11. Disconnect MUT II.
