Attention! When removing and installing the sensor, do not touch its plastic part.
1. Remove the sensor and disconnect the wiring connector from it (pic. 8.17).

2. Measure the resistance of the sensor by immersing the measuring part in warm water (pic. 8.18).
Normal value: 2.1-2.7 kΩ at 20°C, 0.26-0.36 kΩ at 80°C.

3. If the value deviates from normal, replace the sensor.
4. Apply 3M Nut Locking Teil N r. 4171 or equivalent to the sensor threads (pic. 8.19).

5. Screw the sensor up to a torque of 29 Nm.
