The carburetor consists of three main bodies. This is the top case (lid), basic (main) frame (float chamber) and throttle body (in which the throttle valves are located). An insulating block located between the main body and the throttle body prevents excessive heat transfer to the main body.
Some versions of the Aisan carburetor have an electric heater mounted on the intake manifold. The task of the heater is to prevent carburetor icing and improve the atomization of the air-fuel mixture when the engine warms up.
The thermal switch is connected to the supply voltage so that the heater switches off at a certain coolant temperature.
The heater works on the principle of a positive temperature coefficient of resistance - as the temperature rises, the resistance of the heater increases.
