Cylinder head — check

1. Check the deformation of the cylinder head with a ruler and measuring plate (pic. 4.15). The normal value is 0.03 mm. The limit value is 0.02 mm. Permissible grinding layer - 0.2 mm.



The height of the new cylinder head: SOHC - 119.9-120.1 mm, DOHC - 131.9-132.1 mm, DOHC MIVEC - 119.8-120.1 mm, DOHC GDI - 131.9-132.1 mm.
