3. Pulling one side of the timing belt, install it first on the crankshaft toothed pulley, then on the camshaft pulley and then on the tensioner pulley (pic. 3.9).
Pic. 3.9. Tensioning one side of the timing belt, install it first on the crankshaft toothed pulley, then on the camshaft pulley and then on the tensioner pulley
4. Loosen the tensioner mounting bolts 1/4-1/2 turn so that the tensioner spring can tension the timing belt.
5. Turn the crankshaft twice in the direction of rotation (clockwise) and check the alignment of the TDC marks.
6. Tighten the timing belt tensioner pulley bolts.

Attention! After combining the TDC marks on the camshaft pulley, it is unlocked. To lock, turn it one tooth in the direction of the arrow.
8. Align the TDC mark on the crankshaft with the mark on the front timing belt cover (pic. 3.8).
9. Turn the camshaft pulley in the direction of the arrow (pic. 3.11). Install the timing belt with the TDC marks aligned.

10. To prevent slippage of the toothed belt teeth, use a retainer.
11. Install the timing belt first on the intermediate roller, then on the crankshaft toothed pulley and then on the tensioner roller (pic. 3.12).
Pic. 3.12. Install the timing belt first on the intermediate roller, then on the crankshaft toothed pulley and then on the tensioner roller
Attention! When installing the timing belt, the TDC marks must be constantly aligned, and one side of the timing belt must remain taut.
12. Loosen the tensioner mounting bolts 1/4-1/2 turn so that the tensioner spring can tension the timing belt.
13. Remove the retainer.
14. Turn the crankshaft twice in the direction of rotation (clockwise) and check the alignment of the TDC marks.
15. Tighten the timing belt tensioner pulley bolts.
