Valve spring — check

1. Measure the free length of the valve spring (pic. 3.47). If the value obtained is less than the maximum allowable value, the spring must be replaced.



2. Measure the squareness springs. If the value obtained differs from the maximum allowable value, the spring must be replaced.

• Rated value: 2°.
• Limit value: 4°.
