Removing
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Drain the fuel from the fuel tank.
Relieve fuel pressure in the fuel line.
Remove a pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
After unscrewing the nuts, disconnect the hoses.
While supporting the fuel tank, remove the nuts and remove the fuel tank straps.
Remove the fuel tank guard.
Remove the fuel tank assembly.
Disconnect the main fuel hose.
Disconnect the fuel return hose.
Using the special tool, remove the fuel pump cover.
Remove the fuel pump.
Disconnect the evaporative emission system hose.
Remove the fuel filler cap.
Remove the filler neck assembly.
Remove the evaporator tube.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
Do not tilt the fuel pump when installing it. Avoid biting the pad (3) - place 2 when installing it.
Using a special tool (1) tighten the fuel pump cap to the specified torque.
