Insert probe (2) 0.65 mm thick between the factory idle speed adjustment screw (3) and throttle lever (1).
Turn the ignition key to the ON position (ON), but do not start the engine.
After loosening the mounting bolts, turn the throttle position sensor counterclockwise until it stops.
Check that the throttle position sensor is on in this position.
Slowly turn the sensor clockwise to find the position where the sensor turns off. After that, securely tighten the sensor mounting bolts.
Check output voltage (400-1000 mV).
In case of voltage deviations from the nominal value, check the throttle position sensor.
Remove the dipstick and by turning the ignition key to the OFF position (OFF), disconnect the tester.
