Removing
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Raise the car on a lift.
Drain the engine oil.
Remove the oil pan mounting bolts.
Remove the oil sump from the engine.
If the oil pan does not come off (stuck), it must be separated using a tool or a screwdriver.
CAUTION: Do not scratch the cylinder block.
When removing the oil sump, remove the oil receiver and clean it.
Clean the contact surfaces of the oil sump and cylinder block from the sealing mass with a triangular scraper or a razor blade.
Clean the cylinder block, crankshaft and oil pump well.
Installation
Install the oil receiver with a new gasket.
Treat the contact surfaces of the oil sump and cylinder block with alcohol or acetone.
Put on the oil pan gasket, you can use sealant.
Having attached the oil sump to the cylinder block, tighten the bolts first by hand and then crosswise with a force of 7 Nm.
Lower the car.
Fill with engine oil.
Connect ground wire to battery.
Take a test drive, check the oil level and the oil sump for leaks.
