Oil filter — replacement

To replace the filter element, it is recommended to use a special key. Such a key can be purchased at many stores, on the market, or made independently.

If a key is not available and the filter needs to be replaced, you can drive a screwdriver or a punch into the filter and unscrew the filter.

After unscrewing the filter, carefully clean the seat on the cylinder block and lubricate the filter gasket with engine oil. Screw on the new filter until the o-ring snaps in and tighten it from this position 1/2-3/4 turn by hand without applying any additional force.



Fill the engine with oil through the oil filler neck.

Start the engine and let it run for a while. Check that the filter connection is not leaking.
