Removing
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Remove the ignition distributor.
Remove the camshaft drive belt.
Disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the wiring harness of the engine management system (1).
Disconnect high voltage wires (2) with spark plugs.
Remove the crankcase ventilation hose 3 and the branch pipe of the forced crankcase ventilation system (4).
Having unscrewed the bolts, remove the cylinder head cover together with the gasket (5).
Lock the gear (6) camshaft from turning, unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the camshaft gear.
Remove the camshaft seal (7).
Remove the spark plug guide tube o-rings (8).
Having unscrewed the bolts securing the axis of the rocker arms of the intake valves (9), remove the assembly complete with bolts.
Having unscrewed bolts of fastening of an axis of rocker arms of final valves (10), remove the assembly complete with bolts.
Having unscrewed the bolts securing the camshaft bearing caps, remove the caps and the camshaft (11).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the fact that when pressing the stuffing box (1) camshaft, you must use a special tool (2).
To fix the camshaft pulley from turning, use the special tool and then tighten the bolt to 88 Nm.
