Remove the semi-circular cylinder head cover seal.
Remove the toothed belt.
Unscrew the brace from the intake manifold.
Remove the cylinder head (see section above).
Install in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the following sequence in 4 steps.
1st reception: with a 30 Nm torque wrench.
2nd step: with a 60 Nm torque wrench.
3rd trick: with 80 Nm torque wrench.
4th trick: with a 100 Nm torque wrench.
The illustration shows how to insert a semi-circular seal after applying sealant to the contact surface of the cylinder head and to the seal.
The illustration below shows how to properly cover the cylinder head cover gasket with sealant, install it and completely tighten it.
