Oil sump elements
1 - exhaust pipe of the muffler; 2 - gasket; 3 - gearbox support; 4 - clutch housing cover; 3 - oil sump; 6 - drain plug.
Removing
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Drain the engine oil from the engine by removing the drain plug (6).
Remove the oil dipstick and bottom guard.
Remove the exhaust pipe of the muffler (1 and gasket (2).
Remove the gearbox support (3).
Remove the bottom cover of the clutch housing (4).
Loosen the oil pan mounting bolts.
Remove the crankcase using the special tool.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
Clean the mating surfaces of the oil sump and engine block from the remnants of the old gasket. Check that surfaces are clean and dry.
Apply 4 mm thick layers of sealant to the mating surface of the oil pan.
Install O-ring (1) drain plug 6-sided to the oil sump
