Recommended brake fluid specification is SAE J 1703, DOT 3 or DOT 4.
Observe safety precautions when handling brake fluid.
Remove the brake fluid from the tank with a suction device to a level of about 10 mm, but not all, so that no air enters the system.
Fill the reservoir with new brake fluid up to the MAX mark.
Connect a clean hose to the air release valve at the rear wheel and substitute a container.
The assistant several times pressing the brake pedal until the necessary pressure is created, leave the foot on the depressed pedal. Open the valve. When the pedal is down to the stop, close the valve, remove your foot from the pedal. Repeat this process with each bleed valve until only new brake fluid appears, which has a lighter color.
Close the air release valve, fill the compensatory tank with new brake fluid.
In the same way, pump out the old brake fluid from the remaining brake calipers and wheel cylinders.
