Gearbox — oil change

Recommended gearbox oil specification API GL-4 or 5 SAE 75 W-85 W. Optional SAE 80W for all-wheel drive.

Raise the car horizontally.

Check for oil leakage in the gearbox.

Substitute a suitable container to the drain hole of the box.

Unscrew the oil drain plug and drain the oil, then screw the plug back on.

Unscrew the oil filler plug.

Wash down the oil of the appropriate specification to the lower edge of the oil filler hole.
