Heater Radiator — Replacement

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Drain the coolant.

3. Disconnect the hoses from the heater control valve.

4. Remove the dashboard trim panel and center console (if installed).

5. Remove the heating control panel and disconnect the heater hoses from the heater radiator tubes.

6. Remove a radio tape recorder, then unscrew bolts of fastening of the dashboard.

7. Disconnect the air line without removing other parts of the heating system.

8. Unscrew bolts and remove a heater from the car.

9. Unscrew bolts and get a lock lath from the case.

10. Get a heater radiator from a casing and establish new.

11. Reinstall all components of the heating system, after checking the operation of the air damper.

12. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
