Replacing windscreen wiper blades
1. Mounting hole

- A. Flatten the upper end of the wiper blade inwards until the end slot of the wiper frame opens under the tip of the wiper blade and the mounting hole is visible.
- b. Pull the brush out through the mounting hole.
1. Thickening - knot
- V. When installing a new wiper blade, the end marked with a small "knot" first insert into the mounting hole and insert the brush along the slot of the wiper blade frame.
Removing the brush arm
- d. After the brush is fully inserted into the slot, allow it to stretch and then insert the tip fully into its seat.
Wiper arms
1. Check the condition of the lever. If the springs are weak and the splines show signs of wear, replace the lever.
2. The nut of fastening of the brush lever is closed by a cap. When removing the lever, these caps must be removed to gain access to the nut.
3. Make sure the lever is in the parked (extreme lower) position. If necessary, turn the wiper on and off to set the levers to the desired position. Tape the glass along the brushes to mark the position of the brushes.
4. Turn away a nut and remove the lever from an axis. Remember the order of location of all parts - washers, bushings, gaskets, etc. (photo). Pry off the lever with a screwdriver if necessary, being careful not to damage the paintwork. Before removing the rear window brush arm from the axle, it is recommended to raise the arm.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Install the new brushes by aligning them with the tape strips. When finished, remove the adhesive strips from the glass.
